BIS holds solid customer relationships. After 14 years, we felt that it was time for our company story to be told. To do that, we recently refreshed our look through a new logo and website.
We were proud to announce our new mascot Marvin at the beginning of the year. His iconic face has received really positive feedback. On the day of the brand reveal, our Marketing team distributed swag bags with a backpack, hat, shirt, mouse pad, and pens on desks of those who work at our office in Farmers Branch. Swag bags were mailed to remote employees. Clients received mouse pads and pens with Marvin’s face. The shirts and hats were a big hit with clients and employees alike.
To further share our story with clients and employees, we started a blog series to highlight our people, our departments and our services. It was important to us to transparently show the human and services aspect of BIS. After launching the blog series, we have heard feedback that remote employees feel more connected to each other.
In addition to a new website, logo and blog stories, the Marketing team has also been busy preparing for conferences. We had a big reveal of our new website and mascot Marvin at the virtual TAAD Conference in February. Our video received rave reviews from attendees. Marvin makes his reveal in Georgia beginning of May at the GATO Conference. We are also looking forward to our first Texas in-person conference at TAAO in August in Austin. Expect a big theme, party and booth to welcome everyone back. We are very excited to see everyone!
Through our website and blog stories, our goal is to ensure all employees and clients understand our mission, vision and core values. They are part of who we are.
