Step 5 – Taxpayer Evidence Upload
- This feature will allow the taxpayer to upload evidence immediately after the protest is submitted.
- The taxpayer can add and remove files while on Step 5.
Allow Admin and Appraisers to remove evidence.
- Admin users automatically have the ability to remove taxpayer and district evidence.

- This setting will allow the client to add a customizable pop-up disclaimer to the informal conference and single member ARB questions on the taxpayer’s protest.Settings>Disclaimer Settings
Telephone Conference Requested – Harris PACS Clients ONLY
- If a taxpayer requests a telephone conference, we automatically check the Phone Conference Requested box in PACS.
- If the setting to allow the taxpayer to provide a phone number is enabled, we automatically populate the phone number as well.
Evidence Requested – Harris PACS Clients Only
- If the taxpayer requests evidence, we automatically check the Evidence Requested box in PACS.
Add evidence request to Notice of Protest
- When taxpayer requests evidence, “Evidence Requested” is added to the Notice of Protest PDF file.
Ability to edit verbiage on the Settlement & Waiver

- Created a separate section for uploaded District evidence files.
