Taxpayer Portal/Appeals: Grids now display more than 25 properties
- Property grids will now display all properties for owners with multiple properties with drop down options and pagination. BIS Admin will also display all properties associated with a registered owner in the Users>Registered properties menu.
Taxpayer Portal: Electronic Communication Form Situs and Mailing Address
- For Harris clients, situs address and mailing address will now be pulled into the corresponding fields in section 2 of the Request for Electronic Delivery form 50-843.
Agent Portal: AOA Submission – Authorities are now a required field.
- For Harris Clients, the AOA submission within the Agent Portal now requires agents to select at least one Authority check box before submitting the form.
Online Forms: Homestead Exemption Application now allows decimal in ownership percentage field
- In the fillable online form for the Homestead Exemption application, the ownership percentage field now allows a decimal for ownership percentage that is not a whole number, for example if the ownership percentage is 1/3 or 33.33%.
