What This DIR Contract Provides

BIS Consulting, LLC warrants that all services provided under DIR Contract No. DIR-CPO-5997 will be performed in a professional manner, consistent with generally accepted industry standards and in accordance with the specifications agreed upon in the applicable Statement of Work, Quote, or Purchase Agreement.
 
For services delivered under this Contract, BIS Consulting, LLC will, at no additional cost to the Customer, correct any material defects in workmanship or non-conformance with agreed specifications that are reported in writing within thirty (30) days of delivery or completion of the applicable service. Upon receipt of such notice, BIS Consulting, LLC will make commercially reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the issue in a timely manner.
 
For any deliverables, including but not limited to GIS datasets, mapping products, applications, or reports, BIS Consulting, LLC warrants that such deliverables will substantially conform to the agreed requirements at the time of delivery. This warranty does not extend to issues resulting from Customer modifications, third-party systems, data inaccuracies provided by the Customer or external sources, or changes made after delivery that are outside the control of BIS Consulting, LLC. Unless otherwise stated in writing, BIS Consulting, LLC does not provide warranties for third-party software, licensing, or services, including but not limited to Esri ArcGIS products or other vendor platforms. Such products and services are subject to the warranties, if any, provided by the respective third-party vendors.
 
Ongoing support, maintenance, or updates beyond the initial delivery of services are not included under this warranty unless expressly defined in a separate support or maintenance agreement. This warranty is provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of DIR Contract No. DIR-CPO-5997 and does not limit any rights or remedies available to DIR Customers under applicable law.
