BIS Consultants is an approved vendor under the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Cooperative Contracts Program (Contract # DIR-CPO-5997), allowing eligible public entities including state and local government, K-12 and higher education institutions, and other qualified organizations to procure our GIS and technology services quickly and compliantly without a separate competitive RFP process. Through this DIR contract we provide a full suite of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) products and services, including parcel data delivery, GIS maintenance and mapping, custom web applications, field data collection, training and consultation, and related IT support. Our team delivers DIR-compliant quotes that include the required administrative fee, and customers simply issue a purchase agreement referencing DIR-CPO-5997 for streamlined ordering and delivery.
