Truth in Taxation Calculator – Source Material Hyperlink Enhancement
- A new Source Material Hyperlink field has been added to the fillable Tax Rate Calculation Worksheets. When a worksheet is completed and generated as a PDF, any entered hyperlink will be displayed as a clickable link within the document.
- For jurisdictions that upload an external worksheet PDF, the required source material hyperlink can now be entered directly in the Tax Rate Information table by clicking the edit pencil. When a URL is provided in this field, a Source Material link will be displayed on the public Truth in Taxation website, allowing users to easily access supporting documentation, as shown below.

Truth in Taxation – Public Improvement Districts
- The Truth in Taxation (TNT) software has been enhanced to support new legislative requirements related to Public Improvement District (PID) information on the public website.
- PID records can now be managed within TNT Settings under the new PID Information menu. When creating a Public Improvement District, users will be required to upload the associated assessment roll. A CSV template is available within the upload window to assist with formatting and importing the required data.
- Once a Public Improvement District (PID) has been created and an assessment roll has been uploaded, PID information will be displayed on the public Truth in Taxation website’s Property Detail page. PID details will only be shown for properties whose Property ID is included in the uploaded assessment roll for that specific district.

Truth in Taxation – Worksheet Import Template Updates
- The TNT Worksheet Import CSV Templates have been updated to align with the latest Texas Comptroller Truth in Taxation worksheet forms, including revised field names and line numbers.
Online Forms – Agricultural Use Application PDF Update
- The Agricultural Use Application PDF generated through Online Forms has been updated to improve the formatting of the Date of Birth field. Previously, the field automatically included a timestamp; it will now display only the date entered by the applicant.
Online Appeals– Agent Appeals Grid Enhancement Truth in Taxation – Worksheet Import Template Updates
- The BIS Online Appeals Dashboard has been enhanced to improve filtering and sorting capabilities within the Agent Appeals grid. Users can now more effectively organize and manage appeals using the Assigned To column.
