IT Maintenance comes with unlimited support. Can’t access your server or need help with your printer? We are here from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. For emergency issues outside of the work day, you can call us after hours. Clients choose BIS for our old-school customer service.
We provide protection that you don’t have to worry about updates and security. With IT Maintenance comes antivirus patching to keep your devices secure.
IT Maintenance also includes monitoring of failed hardware, like if your server goes offline or if the power goes out. In the example of a rolling blackout, we monitor and let you know if there is an issue, or just fix it for you, for seamless service. We manage alerts if your drive is getting full to keep you online and running. We also monitor warranties for renewals.
We also support things you do see like phones, computers, and printers. We take care of it so that you don’t have to.
