Remembering Where We Came From: The BIS Vision Statement

A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away…

There was a small tech company that wanted to make a difference by simplifying technology. Technology can be hard, but they wanted to make it easy.

Small, local government offices were the first to take a chance on them. As the company grew bigger, they never forgot those rural government offices.

Our company, BIS Consultants, goes above and beyond to do the right thing, and service the need, whether the client is small or large.

To keep these humble beginnings in mind, and rally around a singular vision, we wrote this vision statement:

“To make local government interactions seamless and transparent, with modern up-to-date processes regardless of budget and size.”

Our vision is to be the go-to provider for local government technology. We don’t try to serve everybody-we stay focused on where we can really make a difference.

All of our interactions are seamless and transparent. That means all digital interactions (tech that pushes and pulls data out of our client’s systems) and human interactions (every time we connect with a client) are consistent and straightforward.

As a tech company, having modern up-to-date processes is a given. As technology evolves and improves, we work to be at the forefront of our changing world.

We work with clients regardless of their budget or size. We offer our best work, regardless of whether they are a small two-person rural CAD, or 200 person metro office.

From our first small client, to our ever-growing family of clients around the state, we continue to keep this vision in mind at every interaction.
