BIS is proud to announce the launch of our newest service, the Training Department.
Allow us to serve you in taking the frustration out of reinventing the wheel. BIS products, services, and support are a good fit for any organization, large or small. When legislative changes or industry updates occur, we will be another resource in your corner to keep you informed.
We are here to help you, no matter what your level of expertise is.
Whether you are a new Chief Appraiser, just serving a different CAD, or want a refresher, BIS can assist you and your team by offering additional education opportunities to accomplish your goals.
The Training department was created to provide remote and on-site classes with updates on administrative systems as well as our products. We strive to deliver exceptional onboarding for your team with each new application.
Three service offerings you can sign up for today.
– BOD Training: Summarize the Comptroller’s Appraisal District BOD Manual with practical application stories to pass along to your board and taxing units.
– Running Your Office To Code: This will be a helpful support tool for budgeting purposes and….running your office to code! Best practices data with statistics and priority deadlines will also be provided throughout the year for a quick “heads up.”
– On-Site Training: We can provide a fresh set of eyes to assist your organization by identifying potential red flags before they happen. We can incorporate ongoing remote support and provide valuable administrative materials to give your office the BIS advantage. New hire onboarding and training, running the office to code, and other relevant topics to enhance your production workflow is available.
Training made just for you.
Our time-saving project materials include updated examples of the items we create for our office each year. Calendars, checklists, policies, and biennial plan best practices will aid the CAD in meeting these ever-changing requirements.
Throughout this year, we will offer insights into our practical tools using our blog and website. A new Customer Service class will be released soon.
RPAs will obtain continuing education credits for all classes that meet the TDLR requirements. However, there are topics beyond TDLR requirements to run an appraisal district effectively to also be included.
Our 2023 series of useful videos, modified control procedures, and on-site coaching will meet these needs and more. As always, BIS offers you the accuracy, dependability, confidentiality, and security to help build the success of your CAD. BIS will always put you first and follow your lead in our products and services.
