The BIS Client Trainer is a visionary for the BIS Learning and Development department, able to research and implement revenue generating training opportunities for our clients relevant to the Appraisal, Tax and Technology industries. The Client Trainer will be responsible for generating repeatable courses, curriculums, business plans and proposals to build a library of courses and educational program offerings. The Client Trainer must understand the business operations and decision-making processes of our clients with a keen interest in producing measurable, targeted and tangible results by creating effective content. This person must be innovative, be a strong decision-maker and able to facilitate internal and external learning sessions and be an advocate for positive change. They must also manage the technologies and work with the technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training. As well as drive the BIS Mission, Vision, Core Values and BIS Client Experience through all training and development activities. Lastly they must be able to Identify and implement methods to measure external organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving client performance (leader reports and certification expirations).
