Britt and Brandon having worked in the government industry for over two decades and clients treat them like family. Brandon remarks that Britt is very thoughtful, always remembering important days or sending flowers when a customer’s relative passes away. They like to engage with customers on Facebook.
The positive engagements they have with customers come back tenfold. When Britt was in the hospital after his wife’s shark attack, he received cards and calls from customers. “The clients reached out to give back to us. We felt very supported. It’s a real relationship, not just a business transaction.” Britt reiterates the sense of community that has been built. “It is a big family. We are a relational business, not a transactional one.”
