The Business Solution Analyst will maintain a solid knowledgebase of the functional capabilities of and is a Subject Matter specialist on various Cloud products. Among other things, the Business Solution Analyst:
Interfaces with Clients to analyze and define business and user requirements for new and enhanced products.
Collaborates with the Development Manager in creating and presenting the appropriate project on-boarding processes.
Assists the Development Team in leading, directing, and reviewing all activities associated with delivering superior-technology products.
Develops and executes Test Plans, Test Scripts and all other deliverables and activities related to Quality Assurance of the Products within the project lifecycle.
Works with the Development Manager and Clients to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing.
Manages the Product Backlog for a Product, working with the Development Manager to prioritize requirements, define and manage scope and sprints for a project.
Responds proactively to both business and project issues and escalates appropriately.
Creates documentation including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, feature description PowerPoint decks, user guides, process flows, and wireframes.
Responsible for product quality, project timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Communication skills: Ability to communicate issues from both a technical standpoint as well as an executive level; Listening and facilitation skills; Ability to adjust communication to both technical and non-technical audiences, written and verbal; Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer Service Skills: Working directly with clients and providing consultation; Responsive and client-focused
Experience working with Agile development processes
Microsoft Office Experience-Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Extraordinary customer service, self-driven, confident, positive, accountable, and ambitious with a strong ability to lead.
Preference given to those with working knowledge of Appraisal Districts and/or Tax Offices.
