Job Summary: 
The Business Solution Analyst will maintain a solid knowledgebase of the functional capabilities of and is a Subject Matter specialist on various Cloud products.  Among other things, the Business Solution Analyst: 
  • Interfaces with Clients to analyze and define business and user requirements for new and enhanced products. 

  • Collaborates with the Development Manager in creating and presenting the appropriate project on-boarding processes. 

  • Assists the Development Team in leading, directing, and reviewing all activities associated with delivering superior-technology products.   

  • Develops and executes Test Plans, Test Scripts and all other deliverables and activities related to Quality Assurance of the Products within the project lifecycle. 

  • Works with the Development Manager and Clients to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing. 

  • Manages the Product Backlog for a Product, working with the Development Manager to prioritize requirements, define and manage scope and sprints for a project.

  • Responds proactively to both business and project issues and escalates appropriately. 

  • Creates documentation including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, feature description PowerPoint decks, user guides, process flows, and wireframes.  

  • Responsible for product quality, project timeliness, and customer satisfaction.  

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned. 

Qualifications and Skills: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent 

  • Communication skills: Ability to communicate issues from both a technical standpoint as well as an executive level; Listening and facilitation skills; Ability to adjust communication to both technical and non-technical audiences, written and verbal; Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Customer Service Skills: Working directly with clients and providing consultation; Responsive and client-focused 

  • Experience working with Agile development processes 

  • Microsoft Office Experience-Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint 

  • SQL Experience 

  • Extraordinary customer service, self-driven, confident, positive, accountable, and ambitious with a strong ability to lead. 

  • Preference given to those with working knowledge of Appraisal Districts and/or Tax Offices.
