Train Enthusiast. Woodworker. Chief Operating Officer.
Brian is a New Yorker who likes consistency and plans. Despite that, he rides the roller coaster of adventure at BIS overseeing daily operations, client escalation, process improvement and corporate planning. Brian brings 26 years in the IT and Software industry to BIS. His superpower is being patient with people and having a way with words. He is one of the few humans on earth who describes numbers & planning as “fun”.
Brian has a mind for efficiency and customer-focus, and a heart for people. Brian takes the responsibility of living out BIS’ Mission, Vision and Core Values seriously. As a lifelong tinkerer, his passion for building model trains has evolved into building up those around him. His favorite core value is “Be Better”.
