Text Hearing Reminder

Online Protest
  • This feature will allow the client to send Hearing Reminders by text.

  • The client will be required to register with Twilio to provide BIS Customer Support with the following fields

      • Account SID
      • Auth Token
      • Twilio phone number

Email Hearing Reminder

Online Protest
  • This feature will allow the client to send Hearing Reminders by email.

  • The email template is customizable, please contact BIS customer support to edit the email template.

Both Text and Email Hearing Reminders

Online Protest
  • This feature will allow the client to send Hearing Reminders by text and email.

  • The taxpayer will have a 3rd option to choose both text and email reminder.

Number of days prior to send Email & Text Hearing Reminder

  • This configuration will allow the client to specify how many days in advance of the hearing to send the Email and/or Text Reminder.

Additional Grid Options

  • Providing new grid options to view Case ID and Special Panel requested.

Protest Reason Configuration

Online Protest
  • Providing the client the ability to choose which protest reasons to display and the ability to re-order the protest reasons.

Comment section character limit

Online Protest
  • Increased the character limit from 1500 to 2500 characters per comment.
